To Ms Gladys and Family,
Boulware was one of my first friends at the VA. He was a mentor, protector and  friend, he made the worked day fun and tolerable. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Today and always, may his loving memories bring you peace, comfort, and strength. May God Bless.       (Brenda Brooks Griffin)
