Oh my dear friend Lisa... Finding that you have passed on to heaven has broken my heart.  I left a message yesterday to say 'HI" and to set that date for our best burger lunch ever... but this damn Covid got in the way and it took too long to be able to meet.  I hope you know how much I love you and miss you.... you didn't call to say... Im so sad to hear if your passing. You were a real gem in this world of ours and I always looked up to you and wished you had been my mother. You were always a happy and good person and so very wise. I miss you Lisa and hope you are resting peacefully. The world was a better place because of you

I feel terribly sad. After our family friend of more than 50 years passed without me knowing until yesterday. I now know why the messages I left you went unanswered. Such an independent,  intelligent, energetic, and fun loving lady!. You know what the Deoudes family thought of you. We love you and will miss you greatly. Hopefully you are back with Douglas and mom.
