This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Linda Abernathy, 69, born on February 18th, 1948 and passed away on May 22nd, 2017. Our dear mother, grandmother and treasured friend will be remembered always for her generosity, kindness and resilience. In her honor, may we always remember, "One of these days is none of these days." Let us live life to its fullest and be exceedingly grateful for our many blessings. Mom, you were a true blessing...a gift from God to all of us. We love you!
A celebration of Linda's life will be held on Sunday, June 25, 2017 from 4pm-7:30pm at Celebrations at the Reservoir, 4801 Woolridge Rd, Moseley, VA 23120. Please join our family at this casual event to honor the special woman we all loved so dearly!

I loved my grandma so much! she was always there for me when i was down! she was a huge piece of my heart and life and it is sad to think that it is gone! but deep down she will always be with me forever!
