Senor Chavez, as I called him, was a funny, down to earth, realistic, strong man. Strong in the physical sense as well as in the spirit.
The first time Olga brought me over the house, I met Senor Chavez and immediately felt welcomed and a sense of comfort. Senor Chavez nicknamed Olga and I "papalotes". Never can forget that! :) God bless you Senor.

So very sorry for your loss. I loved Librado and Socorro and all my Chavez cousins very much. I have fond memories of playing together in Sacramento and staying with tge family in San Jose. They were so kind and patient.  Sending love and hugs to you. Miss you all.
