So sorry for your loss of someone so unique, kind and giving. I’ve personally found comfort in a bible based hope of a time when we will see our dead loved ones again. John 5:28 says,” Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.’ A resurrection to life on a restored paradise earth! For 25 years he fitted my terrible feet - first at the store that carried his father's name, later at someone else's. The shoes he recommended weren't cheap, but were always well-made and reliable. And his carefully crafted inserts made it possible for me to take the long walks I enjoy so much. My son still remembers the amber stone Lenard gave him when he was little. Thank you, Lenard. :)
I knew Lenard through brother Wayne. Sounds like he was a wonderful person and we are all diminished with his passing. My thoughts are with the family at this time of sorrow.
