What a great fighter pilot and LSO Ace was = legendary. I had the pleasure of meeting him at Miramar when I checked in with my brand new wings to VF-124, the Crusader RAG in October '63. He leaves behind a wonderful legacy and a cadre of respectful comrades. Throw a nickel on the grass......
