Am feeling so blessed to have had this man as my father. Over the years, he led and taught by example: the importance of integrity, a strong work ethic, being loyal to family, and humor. He was frugal and had an intense love for history. He lived his faith and was kind to all. He also made sure, in his own way, those around him felt loved and appreciated. Love you, Dad.

I'm grateful to have had my father for 96 years. He taught me to cherish family, to honor commitments, to be frugal, to love classical guitar music, to graciously adapt to circumstances. I will miss his sense of humor and steadfast love.
