  As I am just learning of Ken's passing, I wanted to share my condolences and let you know that you are all in my thoughts & prayers.  I remember Ken fondly from my early childhood when he joined my dad, Art, at Victor in Oakland, & when we spoke last in 2010. His friendship was genuine, his manner kind. R.I.P. Ken. ~Cathy Livingston
