Mom, you will always be my hero. I miss you more by the day, but I am going to continue to try to bring the same light to people’s lives that you brought to mine. I’ll never forget all you taught me, the opportunities you provided me, and the jokes we shared. You are my rock and that will never change.
Love you the mostest forever.

Mom, I'm the woman I am because of you. Believe that l'll be ok because of all I learned from you. You led your life with such strength, kindness, and integrity, I vow to live my life the same way. You gave me your love and your strength when I was battling cancer. I'm eternally grateful for that. I am fortunate to have spent these 41 years with you, and I'm lucky to call you my mom.

Kathy, you were first and foremost an amazing mom. You raised three wonderful children and I’m grateful everyday to call your daughter Kristen my best friend. From the beginning of our friendship you treated me as family. I will never forget arriving in Walt Disney World in the early hours of Christmas morning watching you pull out stockings for Allison, Kristen, and Keith, and then surprising me with as well. You took the time to fill it with items that held special meaning for me. You have been a constant example of grace, compassion, charity, and simple kindness. I will carry that example with me and strive to emulate it.

Your kindness and compassion for others are what come to mind when I think about you. I will always remember the day you walked into the staff lounge at school and hugged me because you knew I was going through a tough situation. It was the kind of hug that expresses sincere care because that's who you are, a sincere person, a caring soul. I'll miss you and I'll always think of you fondly.
