Katherine was a good friend and mentor and I am heart broken to hear of her passing. While we had lost touch during COVID, we would often meet for coffee in her beloved Menlo Park and talk all things politics and transportation. Katherine was a joy and her spirit and intellect will be sorely missed. My deepest condolences to her family.
