My deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Made Karrie. I have spent wonderful times with Made on Maui. and in Santa Cruz. She would be camping, sleeping in her hammock in the fruiting Mango orchards.  She once gave me a black cat, she called him Ayahtayo, a spiritual  name from Bob Marley's song Ride Natty Ride.
