Joe Pitta was my boss first, back in 1994.  I was fortunate enough to work by Joe's side for 4 years.  I was blessed to have him as a friend.  Joe had so many good qualities about him.  I had a lot of respect and admiration for him.  He was such a family man and it showed when he would proudly talk about his wife and kids.  My heart is heavy.
