Good bye Chief,  you said I could call you Joe but that never seemed right.  You were my boss in the beginning and your guidance helped my success throughout the years.  I know I was a pain, and i drove you crazy, but you always listened and kept me from running off the rails.  You also give me many opportunities that I may not have gotten if you were not there.  May God Bless you!
