Chief, Your a truly special man in many ways. Im very fortunate to have had a friendship that sustained respect, trust, loyalty. I learned from you valuable knowledge in many areas. You were the master of self mind control and determination. You maintained your spirit and humor and "Vice Grip" handshake to the end.Im sure your sitting on the Pole for your next race..??I will miss you.Steve
Having met Joe during his Indy car days. He was such a really caring
man with the kids. Always looking thru the fence to talk to the kids. Joe was a great role model for so many. Then on the track racing against
him. The percentages were always in his favor.
RIP Joe. and thanks.
