I was glad to know John the many years we worked together at the Park Service and through Roger’s Park school etc. He and his family are awesome and wish I could have visited with them more but I’ve been in Cali for several years. My best wishes to Henrietta, Wesley, and Edson. John was a straight up solid good guy and expert mapper/land status guy whom I learned very  much from! Bob S
