John, Mr. B's as he is most commonly known,  was certainly someone that you could never forget, and if he knew you he would never forget you!  John must have taught hundreds of students, but I'll to bet you my last dollar he has a story for every one of them. You always knew when John had a good story to tell, he had that grin when he looked down at you . Fondest Memories

Through genealogy, I met John three weeks ago subsequently making his acquaintance by phone. We enjoyed several healthy conversation about family history, the family farm, and our careers as teachers. I too was a recipient of his quick humor, and his vivacious voice when he told a story. I was blessed to have gotten to know him.
