I am a longtime friend of Jack from Maison Robert.  I now live in North Carolina and was in the hospital when Jack died.  I only found out about his death in the last few days from Lenny Desautelle.  I was very fond of Jack and looked forward to seeing him every year at the MR Christmas Luncheon.  My condolences to his family of whom I know he was inordinately fond.  Carol Cohen
