Although I did not meet John, I was aware of some of his accomplishments as noted by his daughter Deseree, a good friend of mine.  Upon reading his obituary, his expertise and contributions are further exemplified.  My deepest sympathies are extended to Desiree and her family.  Sincerely,  Steve Davis

A memorial service for John will be held on Sunday October 13, at 2:00 pm, at the Harvard Unitarian Universalist Church in Harvard, MA., followed by a gathering and refreshments at the church’s Fellowship Building
