I was privileged to know Jeremy through my own involvement with Good Old Boat magazine. I first met him at the Annapolis boat show, and immediately it became apparent that he was a very special man. He had an almost enyclopedic knowledge of all things related to sailing, but that knowledge was never presented in a condescending or haughty manner. His dry, quick wit completed the package.
