I only met Jean a couple of times but she was very sweet and was grateful for all we did to help her while she was ill. I know her daughters and she raised some very loving and caring people. She will be missed by her children, grandchildren and so many more.
An amazing woman who could inspire anyone she met with her whit and charm. I feel blessed to have met her and have had an opportunity to spend an afternoon in conversation with her. I know wherever she is her spirit is still teaching, and always smiling.
There are two days that stand out the most to me. On the first one I was having a bad day. When I walked into Jeans room I burst out crying. Jean held me and loved on me as a mother would. The second one was the day we drove Meg to Roseville to go home to New Zealand. She manage to get in back so they could hold hands all the way. She blessed me.
