Jean was my first supervisor as a teacher in San Jose (Sawyer College of Business) in 1978.  We remained friends through the years, and enjoyed many "Sawyer lunches."  Jean is the reason my family attended the Unitarian church when our kids were growing up. I will always remember Jean's positive outlook and her dedication to peace and justice for all. She will always be my role model.
