Thank you Jim for being a huge part of our lives. You will be missed tremendously. Love always and forever. I will always remember the champagne beach/art Mondays with Donna Summer and Roger! Hahaha. And all that you added to our family. I hope you and Roger are “living it up”!
I was saddened to hear of Jim's passing. Even though we were not technically personal friends I considered him a friend. I loved working with him to add beautiful pieces of furniture to my home. He had such an engaging personality and an expert knowledge of design. I will miss him.
Jim was simply one of the nicest humans to walk this earth. I've known him since first moving to CA over 25 years ago, and he was most recently helping me furnish my new home. Each piece of furniture reminds me of the hours of laughter, plotting & planning colors, Jim's smile, and so much more. And those pieces also remind me to pray for Missy, Zach and Morgan. RIP, Jim...
Jim was such a special person. I often enjoyed my time at Coles which has basically furnished most of my home. Whenever I was there, he was working diligently with clients but always made a point to say hi to me and help me out whenever needed. He was fabulous at his job and as a husband and father. He will be deeply missed .
I am sorry to here of Jim’s passing. My prayers are with his family. I knew Jim many years ago as Susie’s big brother when hanging out at the Cole’s house and Jim’s place by the old Mt Diablo hospital with Susie. May he Rest In Peace.
Jim family and friends
We’re so sorry to hear of your passing … have known the family for over 55 years … was good friends with Sue for many years …one of the memories I have being at the coles home was “ never go into Jim’s room” but he had the best records and Stereo system in there! My brother Tim Gregory was friends with Jim also … RIP our friend…
I was looking forward to giving you a hard time because I hadnt heard back on a price quote on the Hubbardton Forge sconces you told me would look good on our exterior. You were a great guy to give a hard time. I enjoyed each visit through the course of the remodel. Always a smile. Always a great story to share. Rest in peace Jim. Our sympathies and love to your family.
