Jack Cummings was the epitome of professionalism in the grand sport known as, "The Gentleman's Game." For as long as I can remember, he was attentive, affable (even jovial), helpful, and kind toward golfers, ever-ready to serve their needs at the Alameda Golf Complex. He had big shoes to fill in replacing Earl Fry, but he did so with grace, good character, and true professionalism. RIP.
