One year ago this month you passed away. I’m devastated to hear of your passing. You were such a wonderful neighbor to me and my siblings and an incredible tower of strength to my parents when my sister contracted Hodgkins Disease. So many wonderful nights at your house watching The Waltons where you spoiled us all. RIP my dear friend.

When Irma would lecture for ASCP I was a staff assistant/room proctor for her at least 3 times. It was great listening to her lecture on Hematology. I still have her notes. She was a valuable asset to the Hematology with her contributions. I will always remember how quick she was, her humor, yes she had quite the humor. Irma, if you can hear me, yes I still use what you taught me.
