Howard Henley was one of the "Great Guys" who would go the "extra mile" for anyone. I first met Chief Henley when I was with the State Fire Marshals Office and he really made a great influence on my life. Years after we both retired I would run into him and Eva at the State Fair on education day and it would be like old home week.  He will really be missed..    God Bless, Woody Brooking
