I am sorry for your loss. It has been many years since we saw each other but You always were a
special person in my life.

My Husband met Dave Melander 1965 when both were members of the Oakland Junior Chamber of Commerce. After we married, the two families developed a long-lasting friendship. Our children were close in age and we enjoyed watching and sharing changes in our lives. After we moved to Illinois the Melanders were among the first to visit.
We have vivid memories of our times together and are grateful for their friendship. We will miss Hildegard.

Hildegard was such a kind and beautiful person. Andy talks of how much of a role model she was to him--and of how much he looks up to Dave, too. We will miss her very much, and we're thinking of all of you.
