I had the privilege of working with Mr. Horowitz for 16 years at Carneal and Johnston.  I loved and respected this wonderful man.  He treated everyone with respect.  He was a very talented man.  He loved his family, especially his beloved wife.  I am so sorry for your loss.  I know he will be missed very much by family and friends.
