I had the pleasure of working with Harold over several years while he more than capably served as County Treasurer.    Harold's dedication to his position, professionalism and work ethic were outstanding.  His character traits were well known and recognized.  He served his community and his constituents in admirable ways.  Harold's legacy and reputation will live one.   John Bailey
