From one chef to another, you were an inspiration and it was a pleasure to enjoy meals and conversations over the years as a member of the Glens Falls ACF.  I know so many  area chefs and cooks that had you as their teacher and they say you not only prepared them for the kitchen but for life. Very sad to see this and I hope you are with your  loved ones in the great kitchen in the sky.
