Buster and I have known Frank most of our lives.  He married my dearest friend since 7th grade,Elaine.  He was a gentle man and truly a wonderful husband to Elaine of "50" years.  If you ask his daughter's and grandchildren they would agree. I'm not even sure if Elaine knows this but Buster and Frank took dancing lessons together when they were around 9 years old.  He will be missed.
