My Grandfather aka (Ernest Anderson)
Was a Great Man he always put family first over anything and yet he and yet made time for those that was less fortunate. Family history was his biggest thing he made sure we all knew stories and tales of family members that's no longer with us .He praysed his father and his Mother which came from big families. Rest in peace Grandpa
Cousin Ernest was fun to be around as a kid. My parents often payed a visit to him and Zettie on many Sunday evenings. While there he loved to pull out his video equipment. Some of the lasting candid camera moments we have of my father and brothers was recorded by him. He also liked to play with other electrical gadgets. For me he was one of the first who invested in recording memories. It was a privelege to visit his home where his mother Aunt Lula and our other great aunts would come when they came to California. I will miss the services but pray that each of you will be able to celebrate his life and memory with joy. Love ya cuz. Thanks for those recordings. Cousin Benjamin
Remembering our dear sweet cousin. My grandparents would take us to Parchester often to visit the family. Daddy made sure we knew our family and we had great visits. Before his helth failex I had a good chat with him several times. Im glad I did. We will love and miss you. You always had a great smile for us.
Ernest was my dad's first cousin and being around he and Zett (as he called her) we loved them very much.Ernest loved his people very much and would often come and visit with them, during my parents latter years he made a visit & recorded the visit Nette surprised me after their passing with that tape I will cherish that visit forever. I will keep my cousin Ernest in my memo bank forever.
My Dad his first cousin (Coo-wee) told us Ernest liked to be carried when he was a toddler, since it was so many older boys in his uncle David's family that Ernest would on occasion say "hey ya'll better come back here and carry me, ya'll know I can't walk". We would laugh. We will miss him and all of the great memories he shared.
To my cousins, Wayne,Alice, Alfred, and Annette I am not able to attend the services today for which I am so very sorry. I'm remembering my cousin Ernest with fond memories and will forever hold his love or us close in my heart. Donnie is representing our family. Praying for you all.
