I am so saddened to hear of the passing of Erik.  He was my first crush in 5th grade.  I haven't seen him since High School, but I had always hoped I see him at one of the reunions.  He will always have a fond place in my heart.  I am so sorry for your loss.  Laura Clifford

I always liked Erik, he was a great guy.  We were both freshmen at Santa Clara University and we lived a few doors apart on the fourth floor of Swig.  We played on a few intramural sports teams together, he was the shortstop on our team and a terrific player.  Very genuine, fun to be around, good sense of humor.  Quite a loss.

I've been missing you everyday Sweetie!  You're a very level headed person, never got mad. You're very supportive, sweet and loving! I love you so much for that!  When you left this earth you took my heart with you. Thank you for all those great memories, I'll cherish them forever! I'm so sorry! I lived next door to Erik and his family in Danville and we both attended the same Elementary school. Erik was always friendly, shy and sweet-natured. I remember when other boys at school would run around and chase girls and tease them, Erik never did. I'm sorry to the Hilde family for your loss. ~Beth
