Poem - My sweet mother, whom I love and adore, passed through the Heavenly door. The loss I'm feeling is sad & blue, knowing I won't be able to visit and have coffee with you! 94 years old, you've been through a lot. Now you're resting in peace, that's a beautiful thought. You're caring spirit and loving ways will always be with me in the coming days. I love you forever mom. Rebecca
It truly is the little things in life that make up all the wonderful memories, and mom was a beautiful example of that. Having a cup of coffee with her while sharing a laugh, were some of the most special times to me. Just being able to spend time with her and listen to all her funny stories from years gone by, are memories I will treasure forever. She was one of a kind! Love, Lisa
Truly sad to hear of Elaynes' passing. She had a heart of gold! She was always warm and welcoming when I would come to visit. We would share coffee and conversation around the kitchen table. Laughter and playing card games was pretty common place there too. So many memories. She will live in the hearts of many???With love,Janet
I will always remember and cherish all the precious memories I have with my amazing grandmother Elayne. Everyday after middle school I would walk over to her house, she always made sure I was well fed and welcomed. Her smile would light up any room, especially with her joyful laugh. I know she is up in Heaven, with a nice warm cup of coffee, smiling down on all of us. Love you Grandma.
Miss Elayne,
I met you many years ago when Princess Diana died. Lisa invited me on a walk and vigil in Princess Dianas honor. We met at your house and you welcomed me as you do everyone. The world has been a better place for having you in it.
I just heard of your Mother/Grandmother’s passing and wanted to let you know that I am deeply sorry for your loss. Elayne was one of the sweetest woman I have ever known . She always had a warm smile and friendly greeting when I saw her.
My love and prayers to you all.
Beth
