I worked with Ted when he was at the Central Regional Office. He could always make you laugh.  We also knew how to make a Holiday Party at work fun.  After he left the Central Regional Office and was located in the Home Office he was always there when I need help in purchasing for the Licensing Division at CRO.  I heartfelt Sympathy goes out to all of you at this time.  He will be missed.

It has been over 25 years since I last saw Ted. We worked and played together at DSS. He was so much fun to be around and so very kind hearted. I'm happy to see that he found a loving life partner and was surrounded by such a large family. I know he will be missed!  My condolences to his family.

I met Dr. Ted about 3 years ago after he contacted my dad, MSgt. Victor Fabian, USMC, Ret.  Dad was Ted's "Gunny" in Vietnam.  I visited with Ted & Mary several times over the years & Ted flew all the way to GA to visit Dad on his 84th birthday.  So glad I was able to get to know Ted.  It was like finding a long lost brother.  R.I.P.

I met Ted in 1999 and I had the wonderful opportunity to work with him.  Thank you for sharing him with us.  He will be immensely missed.  My condolences to his family.

We remember so many great times with Ted & Mary.  Laughter at Hogs Head as Ted always ordered "Ted wings" & Mary ribbed us about getting married.  Ted was our tour guide on many trips especially Nats game, xmas light tours & Christmas town where he would pick us up with map in hand ready for our next adventure.  He was a great friend and he will always be remembered. Miss you!
