I had the pleasure of working for Ed. First as one of his high school representatives; Leigh High, first class in 1963 and then while as SJS. He was the primary reason I decided to join the Marine Corps and followed "in his footsteps" through officer candidates school,A true Spartan if ever there was. We'll miss him.
