Just heard today that Ned
passed away in 2018.  So sorry to hear. I was stationed with Ned in Guam  while serving in the USAF. We first met in  Roswell NM and ended up closing that base and was assigned to Anderson AFB , Guam. We spent the next two years along with his wife making the best of what life through us.  loved this guy. Always so positive ,

Once we were discharged from the Air Force, we both went our own way. I was so honored to be asked to be Godfather to his child..years passed and one day I saw him on TV responding to an incident that happened in Plainville. I didn’t know he was chief. A week later I stopped by and paid a visit with him. Will never forget. Ed
