My thoughts and prayers are with Earl's family during this time.  I worked with Earl, many years ago at DGS, and would pass him occassionally over the years on the street to the parking deck.  Always a pleasant "good day lady and how are you doing?".  So very sorry to hear of his passing   RIP Earl.
