To Bev, and the Mulholland family and friends, Dolly & I are so sorry for your loss with Tom's passing. He was so full of life, and learning, and love for family and friends. We were blessed to know and love Tom. He was tremendously important to me in my training, and career, and as a mentor, and a friend. We loved him, and you, and miss him terribly. These memories are a comfort.
