Mike,when you ran with the AlaskaAreaNativeHealthServices Healthy Heelers running team on Klondike Relay races,you showed us the true joy of running and biking. When you gather 10 people together in a motorhome and run from Skagway to Whitehorse and not have tensions among the members,it was because of you, Mike,and your smiles,your laughs,and yourpositive attitude.I will remember always.

this is Ken Mladinich. Mike and I did all week long bike trip in Northern New Mexico from Chama Colorado to Lake City Colorado. It was a fantastic trip he had all the cooking stuff on his bike. A fisherman wouldGive us some fish and he would pull out a skillet in flour and and cook it right there.

we would cross 12, times three in one day. We had a sleeping bag on the back of a bike and we were just find a place down and sleep. He was a funAnd adventurous guy. I will never forget him.
