My Mom had beautiful hands. She never thought so. She would tell me she had the hands of an old lady. Those hands taught me so much. They taught me to how to take care of a home. They taught me how to bake bread. Those hands taught me how to hold my babies. They taught me how to comfort. My mother's hands were working hands, comforting hands, loving hands. . . . hands of wisdom.
I think about you each and every day. I wish Heaven had visiting hours . . . if only for a little while. I love you Mama.
You are never far from my thoughts. I hope you are happy. Please give Nema a hug. I miss having coffee with you. I love you Mama.
