Don and I shared countless experiences at the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory, on swing shift as Maintenance Technicians, starting back in 1961 and lasting until 1976 when I left  the Lab.  Don was a true gentleman, acting with grace and always willing to take part in even the most exacting occasions.  Our world will be diminished by Don's passing!  Don M.
