I grew up next door to Don.  He was always fun to be with and very kind.  He built his first wooden boat on my Mother’s marine railway and I had the honor of going on its maiden voyage with his father, Bub, and others.  Just one of many fond memories.  I will miss him dearly.

Don was a dear friend and neighbor on Crabtree Rd.  He was such a kind,,caring and helpful person. He was so talented in many ways.  We watched in awe as he climbed to the top of the mast of his newley built sailboat then   launched it with rolling logs into the Bay..   We feel blessed to have Don in our lives.  We will miss him ...Bill & Evelyn Kiley
