Donald knew so many people and every street in Arlington. I loved to hear his many stories about growing up in Arlington. Rough and tumble hockey and sledding on Spy Pond. Thrilled to be getting a car chassis from an auto place on one side of Mass. Ave. but getting it stuck on the street car tracks as they tried to push home! We will miss Donald for a long time to come.   - Lourie August

Donald was an enthusiastic storyteller.  I've spent almost every Saturday for the last several years enjoying his presence and charm while Donald would hang out at my father's gas station in the Arlington Heights.  He added a joy to my day through his stories and kindness.  He will greatly be missed by my father, all the fellow attendees and the community as a whole. -Dan Jammal
