Having met Diane through my Flickr uploads a few years ago I was saddened by the news of her passing away.Being such passionate photographer-artist and a friend means that she will be missed by many.My condolences to family and friends from Toronto, Canada..... Branko Mikic

Very sad to hear about Diane's passing, we enjoyed our meetings when she was living in Palo Alto and a few times following that. We initially connected in 1989 or thereabouts when she mentioned that she would like to photograph my wife and I as she had wanted to photograph "middle easterners" for a while! She took great photos whcih are still our treasured possessions.

Music was one of Diane's hobby she played the flute and I play the guitar so we did sometimes Play duets together. We were both interested in the spiritual aspects of life. She did a photo of Adashanti (sp,?)
Diane was very kind and thoughtful person and she did take a few photos of me with my guitar. I'm really sad to hear of her passing.
