I had the pleasure of living with the Mittelmans many years ago as their live in nanny. Dave made me feel like family always!  He had a great sense of humor, was a fabulous dad and husband. He was so thoughtful and generous. I most adored how he was so modest. He never wanted recognition for fos generosity. He left quite a mark on many hearts. A pleasure to have been his friend.

It was sad to learn of Dave's passing at the recent HMC alumni event.  He was so intelligent, humble and generous with his time and knowledge. He overheard a question I had about a maturing bond in a portfolio and invited me to sit and chat. After that day, I had many more opportunities to interact with Dave and his team.  He is unquestionably one of the nicest people I have ever known.
