Charlotte is from a close family and had a unique bond with her sisters. She meant the world to my mom, her sister, Susie Williams.They talked several times a day, discussing family, cooking, politics (both are liberal), redecorating, & upcoming vacations. The 3 sisters could sit for hours around a kitchen table & loved going places together, from local shopping trips to vacations.
