This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Bob Drake, 66, born on November 22nd, 1949 and passed away on December 9th, 2015. We will remember him forever.
Bob, commonly known as "CR" and I served our initial tours in CDEC at Ft Ord / Hunter Liggett in the early 1970s. We got reacquainted a few years ago getting together in Palo Alto when he came up for visits to the VA. Glad we had time to share many pleasant memories. Bob is a class guy. Glad I had the opportunity to know him.

Bob was a great person. Nice to all and always good to work with. I knew him in high school in Wyoming and we worked on various light and stage crews. Glad I knew him!
Well Bobby, I have to say 'Thank You' for helping Mom pass over in June this year. I know you were there and took Mom to heaven. It meant a lot to her as well as Nancy and I. Jimmy is still looking for those letters from you but we just keep reminding him you are in heaven with Mom, Dad and Grandma Bubbles! We still miss you every day...
