Dr. Charles was one special person. Had known him all of my life. When I had to have surgery; I wanted him to take care of me and he did. Loved him and his family so much. So happy to have his children and grandchildren in South Hill. May God go with each member of his family in the months ahead without him. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
