This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Charles Anthony Hernandez, 59, born on May 22nd, 1958 and passed away on January 12th, 2018. We will remember him forever.
Celebration of Life for Charles will be held on Sat, February 24, 1:00 PM at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd, Fremont, CA 94536.
Charlie, I will never forget visiting your house and meeting Diane's big brother with the most beautiful smileband charisma. I loved your teasing us and the laughter. May you now be pain free and at your mothers side. Two more beautiful angels to watch over your Dad, my beautiful friend Diane and your nieces and nephews.
