I first met Ceil at the Bichon Nationals in Waterbury in 2000. I introduced myself to her in the parking lot. She hosted lavish cocktail party with an ice sculpture of JR on the table. She was such a gracious lady. My sincere condolences to Dave and her family. She will be missed.
High Ridge Keep your eyes on me - Faith, and I love you very much. Thanks for the wonderful pups you shared with us.
You were the epitome of grace and elegance, kindness and generosity. You changed my life for the good and made me a better person. You may be gone from my sight, but never from my heart.
Thank you Ceil for welcoming us and always making us feel warm and welcome to the breed of BICHONS. You were so very kind, funny and such a class act!!! You will be greatly missed and your memory fondly cherished by those who knew you and were fortunate to call you mentor and friend! Your legacy will live on for years to come!
